Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to support daily operations and ensure a smooth experience for our clients. This role works closely with Customer Success Account Managers and pharmacy teams to provide timely communication, resolve issues, and support overall workflow efficiency.
This is a full-time, remote position
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates on prescription status
Monitor prescription workflows and proactively flag delays or discrepancies
Assist with reshipments and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams
Maintain and update daily reports as directed by Customer Success Managers
Provide administrative support to improve operational efficiency
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in a HIPAA-compliant system
Investigate and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner
Identify recurring issues or trends and escalate for process improvement
Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies
Perform other duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or healthcare setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment
Basic computer skills; experience with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a pharmacy, medical office, or healthcare environment
Familiarity with medical terminology
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
