Role Overview
The Packaging/Pre-Kitting Associate supports compounding and fulfillment operations by receiving, verifying, organizing, and pre-kitting materials ahead of production. This role ensures supplies are accurately received, staged, and prepared to support efficient and compliant pharmacy workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming supplies, ingredients, and materials
Verify shipments against packing slips and internal documentation
Inspect items for accuracy, damage, expiration dates, and proper labeling
Pre-kit ingredients, supplies, and components based on production schedules
Label, sort, and stage materials for compounding and fulfillment teams
Track inventory movement using warehouse or inventory systems
Operate RF scanners and basic inventory tools
Maintain organized receiving, staging, and kitting areas
Assist with cycle counts, restocking, and inventory organization
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace
Required Qualifications
Experience in warehouse, receiving, production, or fulfillment environments
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow SOPs and quality standards
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a pharmacy, compounding, or regulated environment
Familiarity with inventory receiving and staging processes
Experience using RF scanners or inventory systems
