About

Built where recruiting meets regulated science.

Linkabl is the workforce operating system for life sciences, biotech, pharma, CRO and healthcare — the industries where a bad hire is a validated-systems risk, and a compliance gap is a regulatory finding. It’s built by Adifice Technologies, a Chicago-based team that has operated in staffing and pharmaceutical services for years — CRO360, Clinova AI, Abiozen, and the recruiting operation that informed Linkabl’s design.

Why we’re building this

The recruiting stack for regulated industries is a decade behind consumer SaaS. Spreadsheets, disconnected ATSes, email chains, manual compliance. Linkabl is what happens when someone who’s done the work rebuilds it with AI as a first-class citizen and compliance in the architecture.

  • Augment, don't replace

Recruiters have judgment, relationships and taste. AI has consistency and scale. Linkabl gives one to the other — the AI handles volume, the human handles the decisions worth deciding.

  • Compliance is a feature

In life sciences you can't retrofit compliance into a demo that landed six months ago. We designed the platform assuming a security review would happen — GDPR export, PII scrubbing, tenant isolation are load-bearing, not bolted on.

  • Ship measurable behaviour

Every claim on this site maps to a live production code path. When we can't ship something honestly we say so — see /security's Compliance posture for the labelled state of every certification.

  • Real recruiters, real workflows

Our roadmap comes from watching recruiters work — where they hit friction, where they duplicate effort, where a great candidate slips through. Every feature has a specific moment it exists to fix.
