- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — 14 days on every plan, no credit card required. You can invite your team and start capturing candidates immediately.
- What happens after the trial?
- You choose a plan and add a payment method. If you don't, the workspace pauses (data preserved) — you can resume any time.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes — up or down, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes — contact sales for annual pricing. Typical discount is two months free on annual (about 17%).
- What about enterprise deployments?
- For 25+ seats, SOC 2, DPA, or a private-VPC deployment, book a demo. We work with life-sciences and regulated-industry buyers regularly.
- How is my data handled?
